The Claimant, a 26 year old woman, received £5,430.50 arising from inadequate treatment provided by the Defendant, resulting in the avoidable loss of UL6.

The Claimant, a 50 year old man, received £5,000 in respect of injuries arising from unsatisfactory crowns provided at UR5, UL4, LR6 and LL7.

The Claimant, a 23 year old woman, received £4,500 in respect of the loss of LR7, as a result of the Defendant’s failure to diagnose and treat caries.
Ward v L
The Claimant, an 18 year old woman, received £4,000 in respect of an injury she suffered during the placement of a filling at LR6.
Sebestyen v S
The Claimant, a 42 year old female, received £3,000 in respect of injuries arising from the Defendant’s failure to provide satisfactory root canal treatment at UL5.
Cowie v H
The Claimant, a 59 year old woman, received £3,000 in respect of injuries arising from the Defendant’s failure to appropriately manage LL3.
