Woman who lost four teeth due to negligence is awarded £12,500 compensation.
Mrs G, who lives in North West England, has suffered avoidable tooth loss after three dentists failed to provide the appropriate high-level care during routine dental treatment. She was awarded £12,500 in compensation after she went to Dental Law Partnership for legal help.
As a regular attendee of the practice, Mrs G saw three dentists over her visits, Dr V, Mr Y and Dr H, who each failed to diagnose and treat tooth decay in a timely manner. They also failed to execute a satisfactory root canal and did not show care and skill in the technical execution of bridgework.
As a result of the poor quality treatment provided by Dr V, Mr Y and Dr H, Mrs G lost multiple teeth and has had to endure the inconvenience of multiple visits to the dentist, as well as suffer through painful remedial treatments that has included implant placement.
After experiencing such negligence and incompetence, Mrs G decided to approach the Dental Law Partnership about her case. Our specialist team of solicitors were dedicated to ensuring she received the compensation she deserved, and the end result of £12,500 in damages was greatly welcomed.
