About Us

About the Dental Law Partnership?

The Dental Law Partnership is a specialist firm of solicitors providing high quality legal representation exclusively for patients who have received negligent treatment from their dentist.

Since the company was established in August 2000, we have grown steadily to become the market leader in our specialist area, representing patients in the majority of the dental negligence claims brought in England and Wales today. Most of our cases are run on a conditional fee basis, in other words ‘no win, no cost’, allowing access to justice for dental patients.

Our specialist team is made up of experienced solicitors and dentists and we can boast that all of our directors came from a clinical background before embarking on a legal career. Our in-house dental team allows us to assess the clinical aspects of a potential claim at an early stage without resorting to outside experts. This dental expertise is equally matched by our wealth of legal experience in the field of clinical negligence, which allows us to ensure that patients’ cases progress as effectively and efficiently as possible.

We are immensely proud of our staff across all departments, and they are the essence of our service. We are committed to providing a high-quality personal service from the moment a prospective client contacts us, to the day that a client’s claim is settled and beyond.

If you have concerns about your dental treatment and are looking for someone to help you sort things out, then the Dental Law Partnership will provide you with dental knowledge, legal expertise and personal service you need – contact us now.

Our Credentials

Lexcel

Lexcel is a prestigious quality mark awarded by the Law Society following independent assessment. It is an award which is specifically designed for the legal profession and is only awarded to legal firms who can demonstrate good management and customer care.

The Dental Law Partnership was initially accredited with Lexcel in December 2002 and have successfully achieved full compliance in each annual assessment covering the six main standards: management structure, services and forward planning, financial management, office administration, managing people and case management.

Achieving this prestigious award highlights our commitment to our clients and our aim to provide the best possible service. This accreditation reassures clients that they will receive a first-class professional client-focused service from the Dental Law Partnership while at the same time demonstrating our commitment to providing the highest quality access to justice for dental patients in England and Wales today.

Investors in People

The Dental Law Partnership was awarded with Investors in People (IIP) in March 2004 following an assessment by an independent body. IIP is the national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.

When being assessed for IIP one of the areas we had to demonstrate was that we understood the impact of our investment in people on our performance and to show that we are fully committed to developing our staff in order to achieve our aims and objectives.

In achieving IIP it has been recognised that the Partnership is an organisation which places a high value on staff, and which recognises that the staff play an extremely important role. We are fully committed to our workers and ensure that our staff receive the training they require to carry out their duties effectively and to a high standard. We have proved that our staff have the right knowledge, skills and motivation to help our clients.
