As we wrap up 2025, we’re proud to reflect on another year dedicated to helping patients seek justice after negligent dental treatment. Our focus has remained the same for past 25 years: combining specialist legal expertise with our in-house dental knowledge to ensure every client is supported throughout the entirety of their claim.

Strengthening What We Do Best
This year we continued to build on our unique approach that sets us apart, a team made up of both solicitors and dental professionals working alongside each other. This has meant we are able to assess cases thoroughly and efficiently from the very first conversation, helping clients understand their situation quickly and clearly and know what options are available to their unique circumstances.
Celebrations & Accreditations
This year we celebrated 25 years of the Dental Law Partnership, a major milestone for us. What started as a small firm in 2000 has grown into a trusted legal partner for thousands of clients across the UK. To honour our anniversary, we were delighted to host a buffet celebration for all our staff, to recognise the dedication and hard work everyone has put in that has shaped our success.
The DLP family continues to grow bigger and stronger than ever. In 2025, we welcomed 11 new members of staff and celebrated the promotion of 9 colleagues. We are thrilled with both our new hires and these well-deserved promotions, which reflect the determination our team show day in and day out.
Alongside our internal growth, we were also proud to achieve our Legal 500 accreditation for the 10th consecutive year. This well-earned recognition is a testament to the expertise, dedication and consistently high standards upheld by the team. We are very proud of this achievement, and it is a credit to every member of staff at DLP.
The Launch of The Medical Law Partnership
We broadened our services and introduced our sister company The Medical Law Partnership in August 2025 – founded by the same experienced team behind the Dental Law Partnership. Now we bring that same trusted legacy and expert advocacy to the wider clinical space. Putting Clients First
Client care has remained at the heart of everything we do, and our client feedback in 2025 highlighted the value of regular communication during what can be a stressful experience. In response, we have strengthened our internal processes to keep clients even better informed from the very first contact through to settlement.

A new and interactive feature for our website
The biggest questions our team face daily over the phone and in their inbox is “How much compensation will I receive for my dental negligence claim?” This year, we were very excited to introduce our Compensation Calculator. Going Into 2026
