I am the Principal Dento-Legal Advisor and Clinical Dept Manager at the Dental Law Partnership with the in-house dental expert team. I worked within the dental sector for 21 years, before moving to my position at the Dental Law Partnership in 2013. 

My current role involves assessing all cases to provide an accurate assessment of the clinical aspects of each dental negligence claim.

Within my role, I also provide dental training to the Legal and Operations teams to improve their knowledge of dental negligence litigation.

Dr Kumar joined the Dental Law Partnership in March 2011 as a member of the Dento-legal team. A practising dentist for 9 years, Dr Kumar has always held an interest in medical law and is now a Senior Dento-legal Adviser in the in-house dental expert team based in Elstree. Dr Kumar’s role is to assess the clinical aspects of cases to ensure access to justice for patients.

Nicola brought a wealth of experience to her role as Administrative Assistant when she joined the Dental Law Partnership in 2002. Having held a 15 year career as a dental nurse, she now provides all aspects of administrative support to the in-house dental expert team based in Elstree.

Gemma joined DLP in October 2018, she brings a wealth of experience to the team and has over 10 years’ experience working in costs. She is responsible for recovering the costs incurred during the client’s case and advises clients of all aspects of the process to ensure costs are recovered quickly and smoothly.

Alison joined Dental Law in 2014 as an Office Junior. Alison has since progressed to the Costs Department providing administrative support whilst carrying out training to become a Costs Lawyer. Her role includes creating the documents used when recovering the incurred cost from the Defendant and advising clients throughout the process.
